  RAINBOW SUCK! The cargo mat never arrived or shipped. 10 days after placing and paying for the order I reached out to vendor (vendor had no communication with me) and asked for tracking information as the order had not indicated shipping. I made this communication 1 day after the order was supposed to arrive. The vendor “Rainbow CDJR” did not reply instead I received notification from vendor that the order was canceled. It has been 15 days and I have not received the product or a refund.

  ordered product they got paid then 4 days later they cancel order because they don't have the product .Why would that take 4 days I could have found it somewhere else it was a part I really needed

  Seller cancelled order claiming "buyer asked to cancel" in the 'cancellation reason' field. I did not request to cancel. Contacted seller, no response.

  seller canceled the order 2 times for absolutely no reason and will not answer messages when sent to them about an order. HIGHLY unprofessional. this part is needed for an emergency vehicle.
