    I have bought this paint before and think it is a good, quality item. It was well packaged and so arrived in good condition. I think, especially as it is a one coat paint, that it represents excellent value. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it and the seller without hesitation.

    Sent wrong paint .. returned paint to them and asked for the paint I ordered... ignoring my messages even though they have the paint and my money .. the lady Juliane is very lazy getting back to me ... Read there negative feedback on Ebay and wished I never brought from them now ... total messers just want your money .. better service at a car bootsale .... worst sellers on Ebay !!!! Had to ask Ebay to step in !!! Such a shame they can be like this to us buyers !!! BUYERS BEWARE OF THEM ?

Looking back at our communication here via messaging on Ebay,I can see that we had been in touch with you to guide you through the return process,which in your case was an item exchange and as soon as we received the wrong colour back,a full refund was issued to you. As a customer we do understand that receiving the wrong item can be very frustrating and time consuming,but picking error can occur some times which we always rectify.

    Originally arrived smashed up and in a plastic bag. Without even been asked, they sent me a replacement which I received a few hours later. Was very apologetic about the original delivery and made up with it, with their actions immediately. A really great company to deal with and will be using them again for my other jobs.
