  I received a non-working camera with a mis-matched serial #. Contacted seller who at first was reasonable then accused me of switching out her working camera for a broken one. During the dispute process she went from reasonable to unreasonable. I eventually got my money back but after the seller accused me of being a scammer. I think she made a simple mistake by sending me an incorrect camera and it could have been handled in a better way. She became quite hysterical and difficult to deal with.
