All was fine except the insert sheet incorrectly instructed reversed connections (beware; check carefully-gas connects center!) resulting in devastating problems. However the seller bent over backward to compensate. I had a negative experience from repercussions of the installation, but I received replacements & I'm being refunded, I'm impressed with the seller's communications & the Ranein company. I hope to have hot water restored soon. 🤞🏼

The unit was in new condition; it is the latest model they manufacture and was new. It also came with the 15 X 15" cover. The unit was never installed as the gas connector did not have any pipe dope on it, it was clean. This unit sells for 250.00 more on their web site and would not come with the cover costing 85 dollars more. This is a great buy. If you need a tankless water heater, find the 220 dollars and buy it.
