  First, it's a beautiful guitar. However mine has a neck issue right off the bat. I was tuning to for the first time. When tuning the primary "A" string is suddenly went dead. It does not touch the fretboard anywhere that I can see. So, I took it off and proceeded to the "D" string. The same thing happened so I stopped. I don't know what the issue is and do not know how to use the neck allen wrench so I have not attempted. Any help appreciated.

  It arrived in a timely manner. The bass I purchased is beautiful. Brand new condition. It plays great right out of the box. For me, it was money well spent! I play in several bar bands in town and this Cozart bass is gonna get used a lot!
