  Item was advertised as like new and unopened. When I received it, it was open and over half used. Contacted seller, and they wanted me to pay shipping to send it back where they would evaluate to see if it was the same item. Since I already got scammed buying it, I did not want to get further scammed paying for shipping and having them claim the item wasn't the same upon receipt.

  I offered this customer a full refund. I asked them to simply open a case and to send the exact same item back to me, in the same condition they received it, I never asked them to pay return shipping..when you open a case ebay sends you a free label that the seller pays for. Maybe they couldn't return it because they opened it and used half of it??? not sure

  Shipping slightly slow but that was expected in price. Pages faded with age as well, but again as described. If the granddaughter enjoys them, I'm happy.

  Media mail shipping can be a little slower. Vintage paperback books from the 90s, I showed condition by including pics for all front and backs and some inside too!
