  This is an Exceptional Seller, Arrived safely. It was really well packaged. This seller is very honest, after purchasing he noticed a little dent on the lid. He gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or he would offer a partial refund. Of course, I accepted the partial refund. He is definitely an ASSET TO EBAY.. I absolutely love them. 😊 Thank you so much for everything.

  As described, arrived in surprisingly good condition, unbroken, which is a minor miracle given the 'optimistic' packaging. It was sent in a box with the lid affixed to the side, leaving half of one side completely unprotected other than a couple of wraps of bubble pack. To send a fine ceramic item thus is brave at best. If there was a rating for packing quality, it would be 1 star or less.

  Item arrived as described. Packed very well. Postage was within the quote. The item paid was of good value. I brought these as a crystal wedding anniversary present for my husband. The quality of the glassware is that they are well made and will make a good addition to my glassware. Seller was great to deal with and no problems.
