  It's not very often that you find a seller willing to learn something new but after asking that this seller try packing my purchase a certain way they actually did and found that it worked!   All of us need to remain open to learning. This seller did jyst that..when i inquired as to how the seller would wrap this the answer i recieved told me that they had very little experience with porcelain, and would simply copy a method that a vendorhad used. I suggested a different method and directed them to a video on youtube. They watched it a learned!! And used this new method to pack my purchase. My purchase arrived safely and wrapped extremely well. Thank you
