  Product was not as described “good condition” one of the controllers were completely useless. The seller claims to have tested the controllers took me less then a minute to find horrible stick drift. Seller said they would send a replacement but kept claiming I have to close my return request which is untrue, and sketchy given their credibility. All in all very bad experience and waste of time.

  The joycon was tested to be in good working order before shipping. I offered to replace the joycon by following the proper eBay guidelines, but he refused to work with me. I could not send a replacement when the case was opened as the system would not allow me to generate a shipping label and record a note for the replacement. He knew that. I have a stellar record to resolve swiftly all issues and provide excellent service. His feedback is unfair and deceitful. Do not trust this buyer.
