  The item never showed up, I contacted the seller and after waiting the agreed timeframe the seller refunded my purchase price and to my surprise said they would ship another card out. That is class A1 customer service.

  Ordered a card on 9/5. On 9/19, seeing it hadnt been shipped, I messaged the seller to inquire on status. Later that same day, the card was finally shipped. Three total messages were not responded to. A second card, which happened to be from this same seller, was ordered on 9/15. It shouldn't be a surprise to me, but both cards were shipped together. So this seller waited 2 weeks to ship, ignored all courteous messages, and luckily had 2nd order come in from same buyer. This is pathetic service

  Items were as described and packaged well enough for shipping. Did not arrive on time. The day of original expected delivery date the USPS tracking number said it was waiting for item to be dropped off. I messaged the seller and received no response. The next day the item was then dropped off at USPS. I ended up getting the item a week later than I was supposed to. Who knows if I would have gotten it at all if I didn’t message the seller. I would’ve appreciated a response from seller.
