We provide electronics repair training courses, we occasionally receive grants to fix devices and give them away, we run repair café among a plethora of other things.

We're a small non-profit and aren't always able to check messages daily; eBay is one part of our business. We dispatched on time but an issue outside of our control meant the item wasn't collected. As soon as we became aware we jumped in to action to make things right for the buyer; to our dismay, we found they'd already left negative feedback! They're unreasonable, we've blocked them from ordering again. You should too.
