  Item arrived as described. It took WAY too long to arrive as the shipper was only 300 miles away and it appeared the item didn't leave the origin city for days. Post Office? Who knows.

  Advertised as new without box and no mention of any missing parts. Product came missing a clip necessary for attaching to short part of harness needed to hold on to and also per the manufacturer the extension for using for travel. I contacted the seller and no resolution to missing part for a product that if was truly new would have had all the parts to be complete.

  Buyer used the manufacturers pictures and description rather than looking at the pictures and description provided in my listing. Item was new. Buyer was offered a full refund. I also offered the handle for this item WHICH WAS NOT PICTURED OR PUT IN THE DESCRIPTION. This buyer needs to learn to use item descriptions and pictures and not rely on other sources.
