  Item not as described. The listing stated that "This part has been removed from a good working unit OR has been tested by our technician" The indicator stuck in multiple locations in its range of travel and when returned to its resting position the OEM 9 o'clock preload was missing and the additional face dials would not return to zero. A return was requested noting these issues. A response was never received from the seller. Ebay had intervene and force a refund.
