Red Army Reproductions started as OTK 87 in 1987 making needed items for our Eastern front re-enactments. What I am doing since 2019 after years of inactivity is just a continuation of that. Where possible I copy genuine items in my own collection, or from collections of friends and colleagues.
My main fabric is green cotton duck from the Soviet Army plash palatka rain cape along with military grade cotton twill fabrics, all imported direct from Russia, therefore using genuine fabrics from the country of origin. I also use UK sourced materials such as a variety of linens. Smaller items such as buttons, buckles, cotton tape, hemp cord are imported from Russia where possible.
I also on occasion, sell original items from my own collection, or from other dealers, I also stock other peoples reproductions as they become available to me to try and create a wide range of items available to the enthusiast in one place.
