    It is odd to leave positive feedback when I never received the item, but it was promptly shipped and when I pointed out the problem with the shipper (in this case UPS had the laptop moving back and forth between Louisville and Chicago when it was shipped from Ontario and I'm in British Columbia) the seller responded promptly offering a refund or replacement.

    Product received on time, securely packaged and condition was good. Battery at 80% quality. However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive. A bit disappointed in the misleading descripiton but value was great, went out and bought replacement backlit keyboard and now it looks great.

    They did not ship me a "refurbished HP 19" - LCD Monitor"... they shipped me a completely different monitor, with different specs. I expected to purchase thew product i researched and chose, not just whatever they felt like sending me. In fairness they offered to have me send it back to them, but I don't have time to be correcting for their poor business decisions.
