Great communication and very informative. Works great. SHipping cost to high. Need information from seller tho on where to send to if needs repair tho. HELP !!

We are very happy your having a great experience with the SLS. Shipping costs are determined by USPS calculated on where you live in relation to us in MA. Also we add shipping insurance to all shipments over $100 so that probably raised the cost $5. Better to be safe than sorry. If you use the device per our instructions it will always work, our own is 4 years old. The SLS is like every other electronic device, if you break it then you would buy another one. why say HELP, u never messaged us!
