Oven was delivered by Renew2U themselves which is local to me, there was no damage in transit but the item was not wrapped in any packaging at all (if ordering further away I’d check what packaging they do, if not delivered by them) There was no communication regarding delivery, other than the driver phoning to say he was 10 minutes away, luckily there was some one in. Booked me a slot and turned up 2 hours early whilst I was at work. My neighbour had a key to let them in and they phoned to say that they couldn't leave in with the neighbour in my property, and would have to ask a manager to give me a call. Absolutely a joke.
