  QR code took me to the official Pop Mart website so I’m pleased that it’s genuine. Pleasant and professional seller, great communication. Lightening fast shipment. It arrived safely and earlier than expected arrival date. Reasonably priced, brand new, user friendly, has a zippered inside pocket, and large enough to carry a large IPad tablet. I’m not sure if the Sherpa handles are strong enough to carry a substantial laptop. It will be a nice addition to anybody’s winter wardrobe.

  This was a very nice ordering experience. Initially ordered 3 of an item but they were low on stock. The seller immediately contacted and refunded me for the items they couldn't ship. Very quick and easy communication as well. Shipping was fast and tracking was accurate. I was a bit skeptical about ordering a Labubu. But after several methods of checking it seems to be be authentic. Would be happy to buy from this seller again

  I bit the bullet for the price,Item as described? No. Not only is it not as described and previously reassured before purchase, but after opening the bag to further authenticate; the item didn’t have QR’s except for one that was to a link other than the OFFICIAL POPMART COUNTERFEITING link. I was told it was because the item was from China and given a different QR than the one from the listing. After communicating the concern, I was given a half refund because I opened it.
