  The item was received broken and it was good that I made a video when opening the box. The seller was very suspicious and tricky and in his correspondence he refused to provide the return shipping label. Also, after examining the damage item I noticed that the parts of the broken item do not match and the shards are missing, and I suspect that the seller have sent already the damaged item (unless the customs are responsible). The seller refused to accept his responsibility.

  I Have purchased several statues from these wonderful people and the shipping is fast! The statue arrives very protected and in perfect condition. This came from Egypt to the States so I commend the great shipping and packaging!! The statue is simply gorgeous and carved from pure Malachite stone it is beautiful I love it.
