  The seller shipped quickly and the price was good, but I wasn’t aware that it was going to smell like cat pee… I’m soaking it but the scent is so strong that its literally hanging in the air in my house.. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it was going to be so much effort to kill the scent.

  This feels like extortion as the buyer asked for a partial refund but wanted to keep the article of clothing anyway. The buyer asked for a measurement before ordering, which we provided, and as the buyer states, I shipped quickly, which means I immediately repackaged the item and sent it as soon as the buyer paid only moments later. There is no way there was an overwhelming smell of any kind on the item that I didn't notice during this process. Our clothing is clean.
