  Although shipping was very fast, the mug came in damaged due to poor packaging. The shipping box was too thin and the mug itself wasn't protected with any bubble wraps. It was a gift to someone but sadly they won't have it. Seller issued a refund. But I won't shop here again.

Your feedback about the packaging is taken seriously, and I’ve already updated my shipping process to include sturdier boxes and better protection like bubble wrap for fragile items.
