  The seller shipped the item quickly and communicated regularly, which I appreciated. It was also competitively priced. The item was listed as new and unopened , but the item had clearly been opened, which alarmed and upset my son and me. I asked my son to confirm all parts were present and thankfully they were. The seller made it right by issuing a partial refund, which adjusted the price to what would have been fair for an open box listing, plus a little extra as a good will gesture.

  The buyer never contacted me despite numerous attempts to contact the buyer before and after shipping. I refunded the buyer 33% ($25) of the purchase price as soon as I found out. You can read my feedback and see that I try to be transparent with all my sales and will give items away before I overcharge a customer! He had good things to say but decided to leave Neutral Feedback...SMH

  It was cheaper than other sellers on the site, cheaper than Amazon. It arrived sooner than quoted. It was packaged very well, no issue with it. It came exactly as described. It was brand new, just like what was advertised. Seller sent messages often to update status of it, which was nice.

  I received the right item but I ordered the wrong size an the seller still gave me a refund! They didn't have to do that but they did an I want everyone to know that this seller went above and beyond!! I definitely recommend this seller!!

  The item was exactly as described. The trimmer was listed as open box, but it included all the parts and it appeared brand new. The price was excellent and fast shipping. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
