  It was a very lovely experience buying from this Shop. The service and communication is so good! And it was shipped incredibly fast (to Germany). The item is in perfect condition. I am very happy. Thank you! As a customer from Germany you have to be aware that FedEx demands about 15€ extra for paying the taxes.

  I chose the Boss SY-200 as the most affordable guitar synth that isn't a toy. I went for brand new as no secondhand ones were available much cheaper. I went for a Japanese supplier with an excellent rating because I'm sick of paying Amazon's taxes for them. Retro (or Retoro) were brilliant. Fedex less so. With VAT the price would have been cheaper than in the UK. There's not supposed to be import duty under £300 but FedEx charged me £3.99 duty plus £13 admin. I won't be buying from Japan again
