  I should have read the description where it said lever not included but instead I just looked at the title that it was a brand new unused item. This item is not for sale from any authorized retailer without the lever Hardware as it comes brand new with the lever Hardware so I wrongly assumed when I saw the title that it was a brand new item that it would come as it's normally sold not with missing parts. In the future when I see brand new ,I will always check the description for missing parts.
