  The items were in worse condition than described. Very tarnished/stained unlike the photos. Lots more work to restore them to usable condition.

  These are vintage watches, so some tarnish and wear is completely normal and was clearly described. As an international buyer, you were aware shipping would take time and involve different conditions. This is all expected with vintage items.
