Great power supply, the only issue that I had was that the ends of power clips came out, I ended up soldering the ends and now they hold. No issues.

Dell does not show a good connector attachment diagram for the power supply but I was able to install my new eBay purchased supply without much difficulty. The supply works great but then I found the mechanical portion for the power on button was bad so most of my issues where not the power supply but the power button; however my monitor had flicker all the time but with the new power supply it is a steady as a rock.

Shipping was a little delayed because of USPS. Not the sellers fault. Packaging was good and instructions were included. The power supply is generic but worked well and solved my issue of Dell Studio XPS 8100 not powering up. Value is good for a generic power supply. Longevity of the power supply remains to be seen. I would buy from this seller again.
