  I have shipped MANY books sold by the Sacramento Book Den's store on eBay. We carefully pack books to ensure they arrive in the same condition as when purchased. The plastic wrap used by this seller provided minimal protection to the book's edges, spine and cover. Also, the wrap was difficult to remove without damaging the book. But to be clear we are happy with our purchase and would use this seller again. Cheers.

  I don't believe this is the sellers fault but my package had arrived a couple days ago but instead of having seasons 1-4, it only had seasons 1-2 of Dexter. I feel quite scammed but i think there has to have been a mistake of some sorts.

  The DVD case was missing most of the DVDs. I contacted seller and was told replacements would be sent. After inquiring if they were sent I have received no communication.
