  Item was delivered with envelope torn and one sticker on end saying package received damaged. Middle of envelope was torn and card case was broken and card damaged. Envelope was folded up and put in mailbox. Sent message and pictures to seller but have not heard back from them. Not a very good experience with their delivery service.

  My basketball card arrived in the exact condition as described, great shape and looks perfect. Seller included a packing slip with the order details and a thank you note. Even with the low shipping cost, they were able to send it via a trackable first-class designation which I appreciated. Shipped on 3/11 arrived on 3/17 from Illinois to Indiana (USPS is fun but I wasn’t in a hurry). Great service, would recommend.
