  This seller didn't ship my item out until 2 weeks passed, when I requested a cancellation for how long it was taking. He shipped it when the request was sent. Package arrived in an Amazon paper bag which aren't suppose to be reused, the bag was ripped and the product was about to fall out. Very poor packing. Item worked and was a good deal but I won't be buying again simply because of lack of communication and poor shipping time and packaging.

  It's a little beat up, some scratches is all. A little dusty. Said 8 gb of ram but only got 4gb. Took a bit to arrive since purchase but that's ok.

  Works great ! Had to clean it out some from previous user. Did misunderstand the description of the item being that I thought it says comes with 128 gig ssd ,but no biggie .. thankyou !
