    It was supposed to have Windows 11 and it only has Windows 10 and says it is not able to upgrade to my Windows 11 program. It was also stated to have a DVD/CD port and does not. Useless to me. Very disappointed.

    Hello, This item is listed as having Windows 10 installed and the listing specifically states that this item is NOT compatible with Windows 11. The model you purchased is only available with a built in CD/DVD drive. As our tech team has already mentioned to you, this drive is located on the right side of the computer and can be seen in the photos of the listing.
