  I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I made it very clear via multiple emails that I was in a critical situation and needed the package urgently due to my AC being out during a heatwave. Despite this, the seller took five full days just to prepare the shipment and completely ignored my urgent request. To make matters worse, I received no proactive communication. Only after I followed up multiple times did I receive a response, which was after the delay had already occurred. E

  Item was supposed to ship day later, contacted seller twice and he didn’t respond until the second and made an excuse about why he hadn’t shipped it yet on the last possible day it was supposed to arrive. We’ve been without AC for almost two weeks waiting for this part he could have messaged a week ago about not sending it out. So irresponsible
