R&J's north side pawn shop has been in business since 1994 in the North end of Peoria, Il. Going on 30 years very soon we have seen it all. We are licensed and insured 2nd hand shop that deals with all sorts of merchandise. We possess a FFL license that allows us to pawn, sell and purchase all sorts of weapons. Illinois assistance in FOID renewals or applications . We are also a veteran owned business. This business was Founded By John B. in 1994 and after many years in the business he finally retired. In 2016 I took over the shop and made it veteran owned business from serving in the U.S.Marines with a Honorable discharge. We treat our customers with respect and like family in most cases. If you are in between paychecks and need a small collateral loan we are here for you. Stop on by and check what we have in the store as it is always revolving. Everything we buy goes on a 2 week police hold to help protect you and the customers. Just need a valid i.d. cu soon!!
