  Purchased dinner plate to replace one that was broken. It looks brand new and was exactly as described. Packing was guaranteed not to arrive broken...wrapped in 3 boxes, bubble wrap and tape. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get into the outer box. Thank you. Perfect transaction.
