The cab on the metal train is mashed in and the back of the train is caved in. The train toy cart which is made of polyresin/ceramic is broke in several areas...wheel, xmas tree, star. Putting the items in freezer bags, then into a large box with one sheet of crumpled paper on top does not constitute adequate methods to ship although we paid $15.16 shipping fee. No message was sent after delivery to report any new issues—we would’ve gladly helped or filed a claim. Leaving negative feedback without giving the seller a chance to resolve the issue, especially from a 0-feedback account, is not acceptable. This will be reported to eBay as potential feedback abuse. Sellers deserve honest, fair feedback and the opportunity to make things right.
