  I purchased the BARATZA ENCORE ESP (ZCG495BLK1AUC1A, $199.95), but received the ENCORE (ZCG485BLK1AUC1A, $149.95). The seller later admitted the ordered model was out of stock; the promised dispatch and delivery dates were missed. They shipped the model on hand and offered either a $50 refund to keep it or a return at my expense (packing/shipping) exceeding $50. This unfairly shifts their inventory error onto me; I accepted the $50 under protest.
