  Had an issue after I received my item but when I reached out to the seller they were quick to fix the issue and send out a replacement. Great service and the headset is perfect!

  There were two major issues with this unit. #1 the SSD was messed up in some way because it would crash the computer. #2 the unit over heats to 97°c which is 3°c away from the limit. External appearance is great though. I ended up being able to find work around for this issue but this was completely unacceptable.

  Terrible business dealings. I made a deal with the seller and my offer included shipping. He agreed. I mentioned shipping being included in the offer twice and he sent over the payment link and I purchased assuming he had created the purchase link based off or our price. He did not. He added in the shipping and when confronted about it told me to cancel the order. I was going to proceed with the order if the seller admitted his mistake however he did not and proceeded to cancel the order.
