  A smashing transaction! A perfect Twanger for the Samsung TV I just received. The Twanger is mint and works perfectly. I can watch all the good stuff like local news and Dog the Bounty Hunter to the Muzu Quasimodo witches on the View or the historical revisionists on PBS! Amazing technology! Woot!   Sold me batteries as "New", but not even close. After attempting to charge, one measured 1.6 volts the other 0.3v versus proper 3.6v. I looked closer and discovered crystalline leakage on cell contacts. These must be over 3 years old, probably more like 5+ years. They were in sealed plastic bags, so must be "old stock" that sat on a shelf somewhere long past having any value. This seller wasted my time, cost me money (even with the partial refund), never apologized, and should be ashamed.
