  Lenovo laptop was exactly as described, only much, much better! In fact, if I didn't know any differently, I'd swear it was brand new. It was packed in a very professional manner, sufficiently to handle the worst that common carriers can inflict on a shipment, shipped very quickly, and overall, it represents a tremendous value! Communications with the seller were very courteous and satisfying. I don't hesitate to give this eBay seller my highest recommendation; in fact, he deserves TEN stars

  The quality is very good and it comes in good condition the appearance of the product was very nice, and it was good value, yet it did not come with the game red dead redemption 2 in it, I hope that the download disk and the main game can be delivered to me because the game came a quarter downloaded, and I don’t have the discs for this game itself, I do hope that this problem can be resolved soon, but overall everything has been working great, I just need the discs for the game that came with it
