  The item I received is not the one pictured. This is misleading and feels like a scam. The products received is an overpriced, low-quality cover. I requested mediation and resolution, but the seller kept avoiding responsibility and delaying responses. I’ve been waiting far too long, and my refund has still not been issued. I even offered to accept a partial refund to resolve the issue, but they continue to make excuses and stall instead of taking action. BEWARE AND KEEP AWAY FROM HERE!

  I love the quality of the case, and it was at a good price. Which makes me appreciate it even more. I would like to add that customer service was exceptional👌🏾!! From the time of placing my order till the delivery I was in contact with the seller. They went above and beyond in the communication department. I will definitely be shopping with them more often.🥰

  The wallet was as described and at a good price. My problem was the shipping. I purchased on Oct. 10. They created a shipping label but did not take it to the post office. It took 17 days to get it where they say it ships in 3 days. 17 days is not good business. I WILL NOT do business with them again!!
