The powder of this product, is not a normal pour powder into water. The textured is hard, thick & sticky, which is normal, however, you need to break pieces down & stir until dissolved. Buyer never contacted us with issue. I would have gladly advised what needed to be done or gladly accepted a return. Just left a neutral, which was NOT warranted at all in this situation.
