  Shipper was responsive, friendly, and quick to ship. Packaging was ideal. Even came in the original Build a Bear box with the birth certificate and tags still attached. Seller sent the product with a cute necklace. Not sure why but she also sent a paper bag with a silly poop figurine lol - as a vet tech, I laughed haha. It will go to the vet clinic with me. Over all great experience. Would buy from again. Great cost on an out of stock and highly sought after item with free shipping.

  Build A Bear Happily Ever After Bunny arrived super fast and very well packaged. She is simply beautiful...so clean with no "storage odors" at all. Through the years, I have ordered many Build A Bears from this seller and I have always been so happy with my purchase. By the way, she has always included a cute little gift. I love the ducks!
