  I’m well within the listed size and there’s no way this would fit a size 18. Too small for what it’s advertised as being and no belt. Condition is very good and postage was very reasonable and fast. A Shane I’ll get no use from the item.

  Hi there, so sorry you were not happy with your purchase. You may not have noticed the photo of the size label and also the photos I listed showing the measurements. In terms of the belt- it was definitely with the item- I actually tied it to the waist loop so it wouldn't get missed (as it was quite thin- you can also see it in a photo).
