  I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We work with a production partner in India and usually stock the products in our USA warehouse. However, in some cases — such as when faster delivery is requested — we ship directly from India. In your case, we shipped directly from our production partner, but unfortunately, there was an issue with delivery. For this reason, we went ahead and processed a refund for you ourselves. I sincerely apologize for the trouble.
