  Good service, parcel sent quickly and packing was ok. Very good price but ordered 20 empty cases and was told warehouse sent wrong item. I got 25 sealed Nordic bluray films, so had to break it down to reuse the cases, which I wasn't expecting. Contacted seller who suggested warehouse issue to blame meaning the listing was correct and did not need updating or new pictures. Great price but has already caused me to look elsewhere for next 2 orders for a little project. A shame really....

  Wrong item sent by mistake, seller said to keep these solar lights and they would send correct solar lights. Unfortunately the ones I wanted were then out of stock so full refund was given. Communication was excellent and helpful, always replied promptly to my messages, I would definitely order from this seller again ...... recommended seller.
