  Great seller. Good communication. Mistake on their part as they did not have the quantity listed to ship. However, the fact that they reached out right away and made things right is the reason they get 5 stars. Good customer service is worth gold and as a customer, it feels good that there are still some honest sellers on Ebay. Would do business again.

  Purchased part on April 6th. It's now May 1st and I still don't have the part. Tracking was provided but hasn't been updated by USPS in a couple weeks. Instead of returning my $12, and taking a minimal loss, the seller chose to file a claim with USPS and said he'd refund my money if the claim was approved. Cool 👍 Screw me, I guess. Also, Ebay customer service is now ran by AI and has been absolutely useless. I'll buy elsewhere in the future.

  Ive attempted to refund the buyer 3 times now, but since they escalated the case to Ebay due to not being willing to wait on USPS to deliver (mail speed is obviously not the Ebay sellers fault) I physically cannot refund the money until ebay makes a final decision in 2 weeks. I shipped the day after purchase, USPS doesnt put much priority on such small purchases in updating tracking; thats a USPS problem not ebay sellers. Would be happy to give the refund, but buyer prevented that!
