  I bought a dress on 9/4 and was given a tracking number. On 9/15 I reported the item missing as it had not shipped. I still really wanted it! The seller messaged me that they had been having trouble with packages not being tracked and I messaged them back that it had a tracking number but had not shipped. They immediately canceled my order that I still wanted. I don’t believe they ever had the item. They did refund but now I have to find this dress again. Not cool!
