  This seller could not have been more polite, helpful and above all trusting that I would pay for an item that turned up later than expected and which had already been refunded by him.   After 5 days I noticed they hadn't posted these, so opened a case and asked for a refund. 2 hours later I got notified they'd posted them, and to be fair they arrived next day, but it's not the most re-assuring way of getting your item.
