I've been reselling off and on since 1998. I like digging through auctions, thrifts, antique and discount stores for stuff I like to collect. I also like to find things that other people collect and find useful, giving items a new lease on life and finding people that want them.

Due to that the hat had completely lost its integrity and slopes over the hat was in pristine condition before shipping and could stand up on its own , in the ad . Now it needs restoration , so I’m returning the item . I also gave you a 20% discount. I shipped it the same way I've shipped countless other hats, & based on your pics, it arrived exactly as it was shipped. Regardless, I still apologized that you weren't satisfied, & gave you a full refund on return, despite my normal return policy.
