  I'm disappointed with the item.It seems to have come defective because it says sweat-free and double insulation, but it isn't. This is the first time this has happened to me with this type of glass. It sweats constantly and the water doesn't stay cold. Leave negative feedback because i tried to I spoke to the seller to find a solution before leaving feedback for the poor quality product. He told me to speak to eBay for a refund, but the seller doesn't offer refunds.

  I told you to submit a request for refund through Ebay, not messaging me directly and I would have processed your return. For those wondering, This was a brand new, sealed item that the buyer stated he's had issues with in the past. I'm not sure why you would buy a product you were not satisfied with again, but nonetheless I offered him the option for a refund and he never submited the request. This item was covered under Ebay's Refund Guarantee.
