SaltySatsuma is a family-owned business located in LA (Lower Alabama) on the sandy shores of the beautiful Gulf Coast.

We are Mark and Cindy with our mascots Moe(aka the Love Muffin) and McKenzee (AKA the Princess). We love all things water, palm trees and sand and spend much of our free time outside.

    I purchased a Sony WH-1000XM5L headset, but upon receiving the item, I noticed a major battery issue. The headset neither charges properly nor holds charge. Even after charging for 4–5 hours, the battery drops from 100% to 10% within minutes of Bluetooth connection. Disappointed with the condition of the item.

    We are sorry to hear that, we verified they were operational but did not test the battery. Since this was an international order eBay has control of settling this and hopefully you are satisfied with that outcome.
